As a generalist photographer, I photograph a wide variety of subject matter. I thoroughly enjoy travelling to coastal Labrador and returning with a laptop full of portraits, landscapes, and a combination of the two.
While living in the Upper Lake Melville area, I have had the opportunity to photograph a number of expectant moms and their newborn children. As kids get a little older they become no less fun to photograph, and making images of children continues to be one of my favourite ways to spend an afternoon.
Clients have included various departments of the Government of Canada, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunatsiavut, and the Labrador Metis Nation. Vale Inco, Destination Labrador, and the Labrador North Chamber of Commerce among many others use my images.
Although my style as a photographer continues to mature and evolve, my sense of design is certainly a strength. I have used that skill set to not only provide high quality imagery for clients, but also design posters, pamphlets, and web sites like this one.
